Bitcoin Governance - Schnorr Voting & P2WSH Multisig Pool

This experimental, zero-dependency browser tool provides an off-chain BIP-340 Schnorr voting engine paired with a native P2WSH multisig transaction builder for Bitcoin governance. Executing entirely client-side using inline WebCrypto primitives, it enables voters to generate keypairs, construct Pedersen commitment vote proofs with nullifiers for one-vote-per-key verification, build K-of-N P2WSH scripts (with optional OP_CLTV timelocks), and export PSBT transaction templates without broadcasting data or handling private keys online.
